ToT session successfully held

The visit to Romania and the University of Alba Iulia within Work Package 4 has been successfully implemented.

Work activities included creative sessions related to the definition and importance of transversal competences in professional development of teachers with an emphasis on the importance and development of intrapersonal skills.

One of the goals of the visit was to present the situation in the field of preschool education in Romania. On that occasion, the participants in the project had a chance to visit the kindergarten, perceive with the project that the kindergarten successfully implement, the methods and techniques that teachers use in working with children.

At the end of the visit, a joint interactive discussion and a comparative analysis of the organization and situation in pre-school education in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Romania were organized, which resulted in joint conclusions.

This is the second module of the TOT seminar, out of a total of 5 modules that are planned to be implemented within this work package.
